Parents, you’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

I have 3 sons.
One is attached to my hip.
He’s 4.
You read and see a lot of him.
Landon.
Ridiculous and endlessly entertaining.

One has always been a mama’s boy.
He’s 8.
That’s Braylon.
He loves to give snuggles and love.
He tells me he loves me 856x a day.
You see him in photos often.

This is not that boy.
This is my 3rd son.
Also 8.
He is more reserved.
Conservative with his affection.
Much more of a self sufficient lone wolf.

Tonight.
As I was sitting on the back patio by myself.
He asked if he could join me.
He sat in the chair next to me.
We didn’t talk.
He just wanted to be close to me.

He is my tough one.
My loner.
Braxton. My Braxy.
Tonight was special.
No words were needed.
He just wanted to be close in silence.
Enjoying his chocolate milk.

These are the moments I’ll remember.

Love & Hugs,

Nicki, Momming all the Boys
