Or just as likely, we’ve got questions and you’ve got answers.

My girl was born in an emergency c-section at 30 weeks due to a feto-maternal hemorrhage. I notice she wasn't moving and thanks to the amazing team at Maine Medical Center, they diagnosed a problem that is rarely detected in time to deliver a live baby. My girl had lost most of her blood into my bloodstream. After my girl was born and stabilized a couple days later, March of Dimes stepped in to help me feel like a mom when I felt powerless to do anything to care for my baby. Not only does this wonderful organization to do much to help everyone have a strong and healthy baby, they also know that part of having NICU babies thrive is having calm, loving parents. They do all they can to support us as parents so we can heal as well.

Thank you always to not only Maine Medical, but the March of Dimes NICU Support program. Because of you all, my girl is a healthy, happy 7 year old.
