Hello!!!! Ever wanted to just have a celebration without breaking the bank?! Well I was able to decorate for a sweet birthday and challenging myself to spend just $10!!!! First task was to find a location that was free. I used a book store that had an upstairs mini library....Perfect! You can also use places like home, parks or the beach! Be creative. Next since I was focusing on my $10 budget I used great items from our local dollar store..which consisted of items like oversized party hats..gift bags...napkins..favors and floral. Poms poms added some whimsey. I was able to use the books and games from the library as cupcake and food stands .which were "free" Yay! We made cupcakes which are often less expensive than store bought. Cute paterned plates were from my personal home stash and the tablecloth I used wrapping paper in a cute colorful polka dotted pattern. The table and chairs we available in the sitting area. This set up is really great for small playdate birthdays..younger kids and of course our budget friendly parents out there. Everything was great! I was able to stick to my $10 budget!
