This easy Two Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef Brisket will be a dinner home run. Cooking brisket in the slow cooker with salsa verde makes the meat tender and juicy.
Two Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef Brisket
- 3-4 pound beef brisket
- 2 cups green salsa verde (I used Herdez). Or if you prefer a milder flavor use - 1 cup green salsa verde 1 cup water
- Your favorite toppings.
- Turn slow cooker on low.
- Put the beef brisket in and top with salsa verde. I used 2 cups salsa verde and the beef was spicy. If you prefer a milder flavor use 1 cup salsa verde and 1 cup water.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Top with your favorite toppings.
