This smoked dish is so yummy and with just a little prep you'll have your friends and family wanting more!

Smoked Sausage and shrimp pasta Bake

  • Servings: 1 ½ cups
  • Yield: 10/12
  • Prep Time: 35 min
  • Cooking Time: 1 hr


  • Favorite smoked sausage
  • Uncooked, peeled, and detailed shrimp medium size 30/40 pieces
  • 1 -1 ½ pounds of your favorite noodles
  • 1 Medium oinon
  • 6/7 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 jars of alfredo or homemade
  • 1 jar of creamy vodka sauce or homemade
  • 1 tbl blk pepper
  • 2 tbl sea salt
  • 1 tbl dill
  • 1 tbl corriander
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • ¾ pounds of mushrooms


  1. Grill sausage, onion, shrimp, and mushrooms
  2. Slice sausage and dice up onion and garlic
  3. Make noodles and rinse well
  4. Heat sause in a sause pot untill warm
  5. In a large deep foil pan or turkey pan add all ingredeints and mix well
  6. Cooked uncovered at 285/325 temp for 25/30 minutes in oven or in the outdoor ofset smoker
  7. Cover with foil and cook another 30/40 minutes until heated all the way through
  8. Enjoy!
