Simple Onion and Habanero Salsa

  • Yield: Serves 4
  • Prep Time: 15 min


1 white onion, diced small

1 red onion, diced small

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro. Mince is key

1/2 Habanero chile, minced

Juice of 1 lime or more to taste. Zest if desired

Sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper if desired.


Mix together in a small bowl and let stand

Tool For Success: Dice onions and peppers very uniform, all same size. This allows an equal flavor burst with each yummy bite.
