A super quick and easy way to enjoy sausage and a recipe that can be taken from weekend to the week ahead with a large batch. Whether you throw it in a tortilla, top with an egg or serve over a piece of toast or on potatoes it's a great way to start the day!

Sausage Hash

  • Yield: 4
  • Prep Time: 2 min
  • Cooking Time: 10 min


  • 1 Roll Bob Evans Sausage
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • Pinch Shredded Cheese
  • Cooked Egg, Over Easy
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Green Onion, Garnish


  1. In a large skillet cook green peppers and onion in skillet. After 4-5 minutes add in sausage and brown, drain.
  2. While sausage mixture is draining make eggs over easy with salt and pepper.
  3. Enjoy over a biscuit, in a whole wheat tortilla or over potatoes!
