Roasted Broccolini

Roasting the broccolini with garlic and lemon makes is tasty and flavorful and perfect for a quick, easy, healthy weeknight side dish.

Roasted Broccolini


  • 2 bunches of broccolini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Spread a sheet pan with parchment paper and lay broccolini on it.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic, salt and pepper and rub with your hands. Make sure you rub each piece of broccolini with oil and seasoning.
  4. Roast for about 12-15 minutes checking a least once.
  5. Serve immediately.
