Healthy and delicious Pina Colada Smoothie made with pineapples, yogurt, bananas, coconut milk and sweetened with honey...


Smoothies are healthy and they taste great too. This Pina Colada smoothie is filling and isn't loaded with unnecessary sugars. It's made with pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh), a banana, vanilla yogurt, coconut milk and sweetened with honey. Such great flavors together!

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut or regular milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • whipped cream (optional)
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, milk and honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
