A delicious vodka martini made with plum wine and ginger liqueur. Inspired by Disney World Epcot’s Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Dining.

Gingered Samurai Martini

  • Yield: 2 cocktails
  • Prep Time: 5 min


  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces plum wine
  • 1 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1 large lime, fresh squeezed
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Chill two martini glasses in the freezer.
  2. Add 1 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker, then add vodka, plum wine, ginger liqueur, and lime juice. Shake together for about 30 seconds or until thoroughly chilled and frost begins to form on the outside of shaker.
  3. Strain into the two chilled martini glasses and garnish with a lime. Enjoy!!
