Staying hydrated is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. During the spring months, try spicing up your water with some fresh fruits and herbs. Simply cut up your favorite fruit and herbs/spices and let sit in a pitcher for a few hours before serving. A few of my favorites include strawberry and rosemary, cucumber and mint, and lemon and lavender.
Festive Fruit Waters
- Fresh Fruit or Vegetable: Strawberry, Lemon or Cucumber
- Fresh herbs/spices: Mint, Rosemary, or Lavender
- Slice fresh fruit or vegetables
- Chop herbs or spice
- Add ingredients to water and let sit for a few hours before enjoying
