Rinse and remove neck, giblets and liver packs and place on cookie sheet. Pat Dry and rub butter (room temperature butter) all over turkey and sprinkle with alot of salt and pepper. Place in oven (cook accordingly to package directions) and cook uncovered. The last 45 mins I cover it with foil to prevent from burning the top. Let rest before carving.
