Smoothies are quick to make, require little clean up, and are an easy way to get your fruit and vegetable servings in. With this Cinnamon Almond Smoothie you will be able to boost your metabolism and pack your diet with powerful nutrients.

Cinnamon Almond Smoothie


  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup of raw or roasted almonds (not salted)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice


  1. Mix banana and milk in a blender.
  2. Add almonds, cinnamon, and ice. Blend well.
  3. Transfer smoothie to glass and enjoy!
