A sweet, healthy bruschetta, topped with a nutty cheese spread, fresh fruit and nuts.

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 Tbs peanut butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbs maple syrup
- 1 small loaf of oat/what bread
- 1 apple, chopped
- ¼ cup Craisins
- ¼ cup toasted chopped pecans
- Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, cinnamon and maple syrup in a bowl and combine with an electric beater.
- Spread cream cheese on top of bread slices and top with apple, craisins and pecans.
Turn bruschetta upside down moving it from savory to sweet and a perfect morning treat that's kid-friendly and loaded with healthy fruits and protein packed nuts. Want to add an element of fun? Let everyone build their own, just like I do with my junior sous chef in this video:
