If you love avocados like I do this will be a breakfast game changer. Its super light, full of flavor and goes great with granola and fruit.

Breakfast Avocado Mousse

  • Yield: 1-2
  • Prep Time: 5 min


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Flaxmilk or Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ½ cup mangos, or desired fruit


  1. Place Avocado, milk and honey in a blender. blend for 1 minute until nice and smooth. Place in a bowl top with granola and fruit
