Hi, I'm Taylor! I am the blogger, recipe developer, photographer and general mess maker behind the blog “Food Faith Fitness.” My blog aims to show that eating healthfully does not have to break the bank or equal bland and boring! It can be easy to make and totally delicious. I believesin living a balanced, whole life so Food Faith Fitness also focuses on fitness/nutrition tips and working on keeping Christ at the center of daily life. However, I also believe that moderation is key, so sometimes it’s ok to just go and eat a cookie!
When I'm not blogging or messing up her kitchen, I lead a pretty simple life. Places that you could find me include: the gym, her Bible study or just snuggling up on the couch with my husband and doggy. I also has not-so-secret obsessions with all things peanut butter, cookie dough (even better if they are together!) pink and leopard print.
My recipes have been featured on a variety of websites included The Huffington Post, Parade Magazine online, MSN.com, Cosmopolitan, Greatist, Buzzfeed Food, The Kitchn and TODAY.com where I am TODAY Food Club contributor.
I LOVE doing recipe demonstration on my Youtube channel, which can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvJqwfIp30fBZIcONbypMeA
My readers LOVE my videos because I am able to not only show them just how easy it is to make healthy, gluten free recipes, but I also get to show them my personality. I like to include the goofy side of my personality in each video...and have even conned my husband into participating a few times! I would love to bring healthy recipes (that don't taste like cardboard), with a side of fun to the TODAY Show!
