Hey y'all! I would love to come cook on Today. I have been watching the show for years, and I LOVE to cook. I am a home-cook, taught by my mom.
My specialty is simple, tasty food with a healthy twist.
I lost 55 pounds after the birth of my son back in 2012 by eating this way. I publish my favorite recipes on my blog A Pinch of Healthy. And I documented my weight loss and best tips over on my YouTube Channel.
I just had my second child, a daughter, in January. So now I am starting all over again with losing weight.
But health is about SO much more than just weight loss. It is about feeling good AND enjoying life. I know that I can eat healthy and enjoy it, and I make it my mission to teach others to do the same by sharing my recipes, my food philosophy and writing about weight loss from a positive mindset.

I enjoy cooking classic recipes, like this banana bread. Who doesn't love banana bread?! But my recipe is slightly healthier, with the help of some Greek yogurt and whole wheat pastry flour. My husband and three-year-old son love this recipe, so I know the taste is on point! :)
Here is another recipe I made and posted to YouTube: Tomato Basil Frittata. It sounds fancier than it is. You can make it, and it's really easy. I promise!
This no flip over easy egg video is a great kitchen hack. Not to sound overly dramatic, but it's kind of life-changing.
Lat but not least...I have been experimenting with short-form recipe videos, like this balsamic vinaigrette recipe. This is the first dressing I made from scratch. And I never bought pre-made dressing ever, ever again. The end. :)
