Pineapple Bake

Serve this crowd-pleasing side dish with a spiral-sliced ham!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup white sugar

2 Tbs. flour

1 pinch salt

3 eggs, beaten

4 tablespoons melted butter

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

3-4 slices white bread, cut into cubes

1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 1 quart baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, flour and salt.

3. Add eggs, melted butter, pineapple and juice. Mix well.

4. Add bread crumbs to baking dish and toss with cinnamon.

5. Pour Pineapple mixture over-top of bread.

6. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!
