My 3-month-old daughter Mila loves to workout with me! As a mom of 3, I always strive to be an active role model. My two older children have run races with me and are very active in dance and karate. I continued to workout and run with my third pregnancy, including two half marathons. I think Mila may have caught the fitness bug!
Hopefully I'm inspiring these kids as much as they inspire me! They are amazing and strong! I think as long as you love what you do and share the love with your family, it doesn't matter what you are doing as long as you are having fun and enjoying time together!
