A great homemade Italian favorite! 3 ingredients and my grandson thinks he should eat them for all meals!

Gnocchi's

  • Servings: 4
  • Yield: Plenty
  • Prep Time: 30 min
  • Cooking Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • Whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place one cup of flour on wooden board with hole in center
  2. Place one cup of ricotta in middle of flour
  3. Place one egg on top of ricotta
  4. Put a pinch of salt
  5. Mix together, cut ¼ and roll then cut into bite sized pieces.
  6. Boil water, add one tray of gnocchi's when they come to top of pot scoop into sauce bowl. When all cooked add sauce and top with pecorino Romano cheese and serve with salad and Italian bread. Manga!
