A healthy and guilt free pizza made with low-fat and spicy chicken sausage

Andouille Chicken Sausage Pizza with Peppers & Ricotta

  • Servings: 1 Pizza
  • Yield: 2 servings
  • Prep Time: 20 min
  • Cooking Time: 35 min

Ingredients

  • Pizza Crust (Ready-made or use your favorite recipe)
  • PIzza Sauce (Ready-made or use your favorite recipe)
  • Andouille Chicken Sausage (I love and use Sausages by Amylu brand!) - 2 links sliced on the diagonal
  • Roasted yellow and green pepper slices
  • Ricotta Cheese

Preparation

  1. Spread your favorite pizza sauce on the ready-made pizza crust
  2. Layer the roasted pepper slices, Andouille chicken slices, and Ricotta cheese on the crust.
  3. Add any other toppings like chopped parsley or extra cheese
  4. Bake as usual
