Ingredients
- Pizza Crust (Ready-made or use your favorite recipe)
- PIzza Sauce (Ready-made or use your favorite recipe)
- Andouille Chicken Sausage (I love and use Sausages by Amylu brand!) - 2 links sliced on the diagonal
- Roasted yellow and green pepper slices
- Ricotta Cheese
Preparation
- Spread your favorite pizza sauce on the ready-made pizza crust
- Layer the roasted pepper slices, Andouille chicken slices, and Ricotta cheese on the crust.
- Add any other toppings like chopped parsley or extra cheese
- Bake as usual
