You can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

I know it feels like every bit of your energy is wrapped up in caring for littles who can drain a mama fast. But you can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

I know it's early and you haven't had much rest. I know there's three loads of laundry and a sink full of dishes. I know you aren't sure how you'll get it all done and you definitely don't have time for daydreaming. But you can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

I know you've got errands to run and appointments to keep. Your calendar is now full of well check-ups and "Mommy and Me" classes. But you can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

I know you've gone from a carefree girl to wife and mama in what feels like the blink of an eye. You have people counting on you now, you have a little life in your hands. But you can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

I know when the day is finally done and the littles are sleeping you search for a bit of peace and quiet. I know you just want twenty minutes to mindlessly scroll or catch up on your favorite show with your man. But you can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

I know you may think this motherhood thing isn't so glamorous. I know some days you may feel as though you don't even know who you are. Somewhere between diapers and dinners you think you left that daydreaming girl behind. Your identity has become forever linked to the tiny baby in your arms. But you can dream your dreams while you rock your baby.

You were a dreamer once. Before you were a Mama. You've been stretched and strengthened. You've been challenged and shaken. You've been made beautiful. And those dreams you dreamed, they aren't dead. So put that baby on your hip and go take on the world. And don't forget to dream your dreams while you rock your baby.
