According to a research conducted by Australian Pregnancy Association, it was found that almost 50 to 70 % of women experienced back pain during their pregnancy period. Just because it is common so you don’t need to be a worry about something. It does not mean that you have to give up your daily routine until nine months of pregnancy. Although some natural medication is usually used as a method of cure, there are countless remedies/therapies that doctors recommend to help release back pain, or even relieve it completely. Here we have a few remedies that you can try to keep your body comfortable and to reduce the back pain during pregnancy because it is not an easy task to giving birth to a baby and growing your baby.

1. Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is a flexibility practice of your body and known as ancient Indian therapy of movement of the body to gain strength. It is one of the most unique techniques used for immediate relief from pain. For women at the stage of pregnancy prenatal yoga is the best choice whose backs and body muscles are hurting under nine months of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga can be helpful in improving the tone of the physical body. It can also help you in relaxing your mind and sleep better.

2. Acupuncture

Another remedy that is used as medical therapy in the East Asian countries is Acupuncture. In this technique, a number of fine needles are inserted into the body to maintain the pressure and system of emotional health. Studies have shown that Acupuncture therapy has a direct positive correlation between women and her back pain during pregnancy and many women swear about its effectiveness in relieving the back pain. But to prevent you from unwanted side effects like headaches and nausea the Acupuncture must be administered correctly. We recommend you to consult with your physician first to ensure that acupuncture therapy is right for you and then try to find an experienced therapist for pregnant women.

3. Prenatal Massage

An experienced massage therapist can bring quick relief to pregnant women in her back pain days, especially when it was due to muscular clenching that irritates nerves. Women should consult with her doctor to advise her if prenatal massage is safe for her.

4. Swimming

Swimming is one of the best exercises that most of the doctors recommend as a form of exercise for pregnant women. Deep breathing will help you to relax your body and relief your muscular pain. Furthermore, swimming can help women in strengthening their back muscles.

5. Sleep Comfortably with A Support

Sleeping is one of the most common problems for pregnant women, especially when your back is hurting. So, then try to sleep with a support on your back, i.e. you can fold a towel and place it on your waist or you can use a pillow between your legs to reduce strain on your back.

A comfort sleep is very necessary during pregnancy. So sleep properly and get relief. But you can sleep properly only on clean and fresh mattresses. Not only to sleep properly but also for your good health. I always use Mattress Steam cleaning option for my old mattress just for comfort sleep.
