I made his fringed cape out of an old red t-shirt and yellow felt. His leggings were from the girls section at Walmart and I sewed on red felt patches. I got a small pair of knit shorts from the thrift store and sewed those on top of the leggings. Finished it off with some red socks, a marker mustache, and some crazy hair!
