One of the most valuable tips I have gotten for Christmas, is to keep family time on schedule. Just because you feel stressed, do not spend less time with your family. Do not forget, that family time can also be very relaxing, and the best way to fight stress.


Also, the anticipation of Christmas is much nicer spent with family, singing some jolly songs rather than running around stores like a crazy person. You can also get your kids to help prepare for Christmas. My son loves decorating cupcakes and gingerbread man. We also made homemade cards for everyone, rather than buying them from the store. And we sang along to our favorite family sing-along playlist!
