As a mother and an advocate for girls in my career I have realized that nothing brings me more joy than my family and watching girls successfully navigate the teen years. To watch my daughter help others and volunteer, my son be kind and considerate of others and to love each other so openly is more than I could have imagined to achieve as a mother.

This is one of my favorite pictures of the three of us capturing an everyday joyful moment and every time I look at it, my heart fills with love as these two grow into two productive individuals of the generation that will change the world!
