a51c31c11932a08c9a32997ef83f8fe3f0026d08.pngWe had a long journey in our NICU for 3 months. My twins TJ and Brooklyn were born at 28 weeks at a little hospital in our small town that had no idea what to do with a baby this tiny. TJ was 2pds 7oz and Brooklyn was 2pds 11oz. After finding out it was too foggy in our mountain air (NC) to life flight them to a children's hospital, they rushed them by ambulance and hour and a half away. I was left alone not knowing if my babies were going to be okay or anything! The NICU at Wake Forest brenners children's hospital were absolutely amazing! They did everything my twins needed. To make a long story short they are still perfect as ever 2yrs old now, still having trouble catching up but I'm positive they will get to where they need to be.
