Most infertility problems are due to problems relating to ovulation. Ovulation is the release of an egg from the ovaries.

Most women, release one egg each month but there is also the possibility of hyper-ovulation where more than one egg is released.

A leading cause of fertility problem is when there are problems associated with ovulation. The problems may be caused by the ovary releasing an immature egg or not releasing any egg in a monthly cycle.

This could make getting pregnant extremely difficult for women experiencing these problems

other ovulation problems are caused by

Stress

Weight Loss

Of a major concern is early ovulation.

What is considered early ovulation?

Early Ovulation is when the ovary releases an egg before it is fully matured.

A woman's menstrual cycle consists of 2 phases namely the follicular phase and the luteal phase.

The first phase of the menstrual cycle is known as the follicular phase which is basically the first day of your period up until the day of ovulation.

The second phase of your menstrual cycle is from your day of ovulation to the day an egg is released.

So what happens in the first phase that could cause an ovulating earlier than normal.

The Ovaries consist of the follicles. Eggs grow, mature and develop in the follicles. At Ovulation the most matured egg is expected to be released.

Any egg that is released less than day 11 of your menstrual cycle has the tendency to be a premature egg.

What basically happens is that because the egg is released egg it could be a poor quality egg.

Poor quality egg have a difficult time getting fertilised or attaching themselves to the walls of the uterus.

Therefore, a woman with a short follicular phase who is trying to get pregnant could be having difficulty getting pregnant.

Doctors usually recommend fertility drugs to help with short follicular phase problems.

Some natural fertility drugs such as vitex could as help to lengthen a woman's follicular phase.

it is comforting to know that a woman can get pregnant after taking fertility pills such as clomid.

Don't be discourage if you get a late period negative pregnancy test white discharge after undergoing fertility treatments.

Remember keeping a relaxed mind and not being anxious to get pregnant actually helps to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

I would like to know if how you overcame infertility problem caused by ovulation problems.
