We all are busy, life gets busy. But we do sometimes take a step back and realize that we do neglect our loved ones from our career. This has happened to me and my wife on numerous occasions.

I started My real estate career this year with hopes of better financial stability. I have noticed in this field that there are work horses that work 100 hours a week.

There income is off the charts but what is the real value or quality of life? What will you have left at the end of the day? As we know you cant take it with you.

So i started something in my household called " TimeSheet Management" Every month at the beginning i take a calendar and mark in non take away days.

This means that once marked in we are locked to spend time as a family. I mostly take Sunday and some Mondays off. My wife try's to match those every month as well. It has been working and helping us balance our family time out. I hope you can do something similar as well. Have a great day .
