A Whole 30 and Paleo-Friendly Breakfast Sandwich made with sweet potato buns, chicken, orange zest and poached egg.

Sweet Potato Bun Breakfast Sandwich

  • Yield: 1

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Chicken (cooked, pulled)
  • 1 TB Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1 Poached, Hard-Boiled or Fried Egg
  • 2 Sweet Potato Bun Pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix cooked chicken with orange juice and zest.
  2. Arrange sweet potato bun and top with pulled chicken and cooked egg.
