I have been a vegetarian for 10+ years. Growing up with a Latin cuisine that I love so much I had collected a vast quantity of recipes that incorporates both worlds, a plant base meal with my beloved Latin flavors. My style of cooking is vegetarian cuisine with a Latin twist! This one of my breakfast creations.

Latin Vegetarian Cuisine

Prep Time: 5 min Cooking Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • Hard boiled Egg
  • Steamed Sweet Plaintain
  • Roast asparagus
  • Olive oil, salt & peper to taste

Preparation
