This pretty purple smoothie is made from a mix of berries. Chock-full of nutrients and antioxidants, berries are great for your health and will help you kickstart your day and your healthy living!

5 Ingredient (Healthy!) Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • Water or milk (fill it two-thirds of the way up the mixed berries. You can add more or less if you want, it just depends on how thick you like it)
  • ¼-½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole banana
  • ½ avocado

Preparation

  1. Blend it all really well and drink up!
