I am a huge grain fan. I love brown rice and quinoa and could probably eat them with a good protein and veggie every day at supper time. My boyfriend usually doesn't like those grains if I make them - he only likes the boxed (high sodium and additives) version which I try to stay away from as much as possible. He also doesn't like white rice AT ALL. We don't live together yet but we have been dating for 6 years so I am a little worried about eventually moving in with him and having to compromise my meals on a regular basis.
