I take a package of meat like hamburger and divded it in to 3 equal pkg I dont like alot of meat in a meal gives it the flavor but you can get 3 meals out one pkg I get 86.00 a month for food so got make it streach when feeding 3 adults
that and the store near me where i walk to get my food has meat 5 pkg for 20 bucks you di what yea got too
