Hi! I'm Linda Arceo, the bold, fun voice behind the popular blog, Giggles, Gobbles and Gulps™ (GGG). As a long-time professional writer, I finally took a leap into the blogosphere in 2012 to create an outlet for my cooking passion and dedicated interest in the beer, wine and spirits industry. I'm an untrained, amateur chef and take great pleasure cooking for my family and friends. As a former college bartender, I can also make a mean cocktail and continuously work to improve my mixology skills. I'm thinking Hoda and Kathie Lee would love to sip on one of my cocktails. Thirsty Thursday on TODAY with GGG has a great ring to it, don't ya think?

My food and drink recipes have been featured nationally on outlets such as Today Show Food (hint, hint!), Huffington Post Taste, Honest Cooking, MSN Food, QVC’s In the Kitchen with David, Fox Good Day Philadelphia and WMCN’s The Dawn Show – to name a few. In February 2012 I won the Woman’s Day Magazine National Chili Cook-Off in the Best Beef Chili category. By winning the chili contest, I received a ton of national and local press and my chili recipe is still pinned at a high frequency on Pinterest each day.

I even had a chance to appear on television with Sheinelle Jones before she joined TODAY! How cool is that?

Speaking both Spanish and English has enabled me to incorporate my ethnicity into many of the recipes featured on GGG, while also serving the Latin market, making me a relatable voice to a wider range of audiences.

I have a natural, engaging presence making me especially comfortable on-air for television and radio appearances, as well as in front of a live television audience. I've also worked with national brands to promote their products and brand messaging.

My blog features easy-to-make recipes that anyone can prepare. I like to cook with fresh, whole ingredients and definitely embrace the bounty of fruits and veggies that make up my home of the Garden State.

I also love cooking with my kids. You can spot my boys on my blog regularly as part of my weekly series, Mini Chef Mondays. In fact, the photo featured below was prepared by my mini chefs. They are crazy talented and absolutely love cooking in the kitchen which makes this momma super proud.

I'm a lifetime Jersey-girl. I'm married to a wonderfully supportive husband and together we have two boys and two yorkshire terriers. When not blogging and totally obsessing over food and drink I work for a major grocery store, with stores all along the East Coast, handling their local social media presence for a cluster of stores. I literally think or write about food for nearly every part of my day.

Cooking on the TODAY Show is something that I've visualized for myself for quite some time. If you want to see a real mom rock it on live television then give this girl a vote up. I'd love to share my food and cooking passion with you! Thank you. xoxo
