Here's a perfect burger to grill for your 4th of July festivities - my Caprese Burger. It's a Red, White & Blue Burger. Red for heirloom tomatoes, white for fresh mozzarella and blue for blueberry balsamic drizzle. (You could also do blackberry or strawberry balsamic drizzle.)
