My mission in life is to help home cooks take their cooking to the next level. I am not just talking about sexy food plating, though I'd be happy to teach you that too. I am talking about consistency and perfection of texture and flavor. No more overcooked fish, no more poached eggs that resemble egg drop soup, no more dry chicken breasts, or more mushy veggies that kids refuse to eat! Perfection doesn't need to be time consuming, but it does require knowledge of food science and cooking equipment -- two things we rarely learn from our Moms.
